Westcoast spa
Carl Curman, who was both a doctor and an architect, built a cold bathhouse in 1869 to promote well-being by combining physical activity with cold sea baths.
Lysekil thus became a popular spa town, where salty cold baths and fresh winds especially attracted the elite during the 19th century.
The cold bathhouse remains highly popular today, with year-round bathing.
We highly recommend trying this fantastic experience, which enhances circulation, relaxation, strengthens the immune system, and improves mental clarity and overall well-being.
With this package, you will experience the health benefits of cold baths, followed by a warming session in the wood-fired sauna.
