Starter – Local Langoustine
Herb, lemon zest & garlic-gratinated langoustine, topped with Parmesan and served with crisp sourdough bread.

Main Course – Fillet of Beef
Prime fillet of beef, served with black salsify, asparagus, butternut purée and a rich red wine sauce.

Dessert – Lemon Sorbet with Cava

Starter – Jerusalem Artichoke Soup
A velvety soup with seared scallop and white asparagus.

Main Course – Cod Loin
Seared cod loin with a lightly pickled white wine sauce, trout roe, potato purée, Västerbotten cheese crisp, and shiso leaves.

Dessert – Classic Crème Brûlée with Lime Sorbet

Slow-cooked cod fillet with beurre blanc, cress, crispy potato, seaweed pearls, and dill oil.

Butter-seared beets with honey and locally sourced walnut-baked goat’s cheese, finished with shiso leaves.

Main Course – Pointed Cabbage
